LAYBY                 

Ninky Bear is happy to offer its customers a 12 week lay-by service. Now you can purchase everything you need and pay it off in manageable repayments.
Your order must total $100 not including postage.
Simply go through checkout, select Direct Deposit and enter "lay-by" in the comments box.

Layby Terms and Conditions

Ninky Bear offer the following layby periods -

•    3 months (12 weeks) for all laybys
(unless you have another arrangement us)

DISCOUNT CODES CANNOT BE USED FOR LAYBY

All laybys require a deposit of 10% deposit of the total order within 7 days. If the deposit is not received within the 7 days your layby will be considered as no longer required & will be cancelled.

Regular payments on your layby are required over the period (weekly, fortnightly or monthly) unless a prior arrangement has been made with me. If you require an extension on your layby please contact me via email to discuss & I will be happy to work something out with you.

 Payments methods available for layby orders are currently only Direct Deposit.

When making your weekly, fortnightly or monthly layby payments, you will need to list the word “layby” and your layby number (which can be found on your layby invoice). On receipt of payments I will update your invoice balance.
No goods will be sent or released until your layby is paid in full. (unless you have a prior arrangement with me)

CANCELLATION OF LAYBY

If you decide to cancel your layby with Ninky Bear, please be advised that the 10% deposit is NOT REFUNDABLE. All other payments made on your layby will be refunded.
Please note if you DO NOT make regular payments or complete your layby by the due date your layby will be cancelled and all items will be put back into stock. Please be advised that the 10% deposit is NOT REFUNDABLE. All other payments made on your layby will be refunded, minus a $5 administration fee.

All items remain the property of Ninky Bear until final payment has been received.
